InterHealthcare is excited to announce the launch of our new mobile Community Care service being delivered by select clinics in the network.
We are committed to the health and wellbeing of our patients and the wider community. So, if you can’t attend your local participating InterHealthcare clinic, the highly qualified practitioners are now available to conduct home visits.
We’re with you every stage of your health journey with practices offering continuity of care in clinic, at home, in the workplace and with additional support available virtually and via Telehealth.
